So I went to the gym today, attempted to do my intervals i did 4 runs for 2min and 30 sec, i was absolutely hurting by the 4th and having breathing issues so I decided to switch to a little bit less of an impact and did 45 min on the stationary bike. I always do the hill segments and i watched an episode of dollhouse. Over all it was a good workout. I just need to learn to control my eating and...
