Soooo being sick sucks
It’s even worse now that it’s moved into my chest. My breath control is shit :( so tomorrow I’ll be working out with my trainer, first workout since last friday. I'm sick :(
Ugh so Saturday I woke up super sick and still remain super sick :/ I’m pretty sure I have a sinus infection and just icky stuff going on all over my face :s I really want to work out today but I can barely move with out hurting.
What is the best way to workout when you’re sick? Am I even suppose to do it at all?
