Day 2 of Hip Hop Abs
Today I did the total body work out one. A bit more standard working out and less dance, not bad though. I did about 35 minutes of the 45 minutes, because they started doing planks and I don’t have a mat to make everything not hurt on the wood floor. So it was alright. Just did 30 mins of Hip Hop Abs
Hahaha, I always feel silly doing these dance fitness exercises. Might pop in another dvd and try another work out. I feel ridiculous, but it’s fun :D I figure working out at leastttt 30 minutes a day will help me. Gotta stop being lazy, and get back to working out an hour a day five days a week. I’ll get there! :D GET IT!
